How To Schedule an Appointment
You can quickly and conveniently schedule appointments online any time, day or night! You can also contact us via phone at 720.612.7429, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. When scheduling via phone or email, please include two or more preferred days and times for your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate your busy schedule.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Once you’ve scheduled your appointment, you can select the “Register” option in your confirmation email in order to create an account and manage your appointments. You can reschedule or delete your appointments as soon as you notice a schedule conflict.
We schedule clients far enough apart that if you are a few minutes late, please don’t worry- your session should be relaxing, not stressful! If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will usually have to shorten your session to accommodate the rest of our clients.
In the event that you must cancel or reschedule you appointment, we appreciate having as much notice as possible. If we receive less than 4 hours’ notice, or if you miss your session altogether, we charge just over half the price of the session.
We try hard to help you remember your appointments by sending out appointment confirmations when you make your appointment, as well as appointment reminders via both email and text message!
If you have a gift certificate you informed us that you would use to pay for your appointment and we do not receive at least 4 hours’ notice of cancellation, the certificate will not be honored for a future visit.
Late Cancellation/No-Show Fees:
30 minute session: $30
60 minute session: $45
90 minute session: $60

Gratuities, Tips, and Referrals
We do not accept gratuities; as healthcare providers, our rates are competitive and set accordingly.
The best compliment we can receive is a referral from you! Please take a card or two after each session, and recommend our services to someone you know who could use our help.
Best of all, for every three referrals we receive from you, you’ll receive a free session!
